Leapforce is seeking a senior java engineer to join our engineering team. You must be able to work in a small team environment where every person holds accountability. We’re looking for a self starter that can hit the ground running with little to no supervision. Because we are small, please do not expect a fully documented set of requirements for every feature that is built. We often make changes on the fly with nothing more than word of mouth requirements given. If you are a Java engineer experienced with working on large scale web applications, able to work in a fast paced development environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
At Leapforce, we custom engineer solutions that are used to operate our core business. These solutions include everything from invoicing, to recruiting and onboarding, to data collection and monitoring. Our solutions are used by thousands of end users across the globe. You will be directly responsible for building new features into an existing Java web application, and for maintaining existing features.
